Actually saw them at Preston uni event about 15 years ago with phil mogg. UFO live strangers in the night held up as one of the best live albums of all time..

The scorpions - Schendel and et all all played accrington town hall in 1976 , the old Mary’s music shop sold tickets for the event.


2 years before they released Tokyo tapes

UFO are British ! First band I saw. Preston Guild Hall around 1982 I think. Michael Schenker apart but he wasn’t in the band long.

Seen them so many times. They were my favourite band growing as a teenager. Saw them last in 2019 in Glasgow as part of their Last Orders tour.
Unfortunately Paul Raymond died shortly after that tour.

Strangers in the Night is one of the few albums I never tire of.
