Open the BFC App
Press the three lines top left
Press 2nd option "Ticket Wallet"
Press "My Tickets"

Your city ticket should show available (Actual QR code from 3 hours before KO it says)

You might need to link your ticketing account....

I wouldn't like to risk not having the code available until 3 hours before KO! My wife's card hasn't arrived so I've just emailed the TO and they've emailed me back with a QR code for her

Tbh someone else just told me the QR code on their phone didn't work at the turnstile so they still had to go to the office in the end

If you've had the app a while, and it doesn't work then delete and reinstall the app, log in and it will work.

I've just done the same for my ticket and got a QR Code emailed to me within 30 minutes.
