And Liverpool's owners contacting Premier League about Chelsea's spending and that it must be breaking FFP rules.

270m on Chelsea’s midfield 3. Surely got to be pushing for the title.

Elise likely to be going to Chelsea too.

Appreciate none of them are wingers or full backs, but that squad is looking very crowded for Maatsen to properly break through.

I also know Chelsea sign everyone to ridiculously long contracts to massage the FFP rules, but they must have a serious need to sell now.

Commentators yesterday were saying what a good game Conor Gallagher was having.
Unless he secures a loan deal he will spend the rest of the season as a bench warmer.

Newcastle linked with a loan for Cucarella and possibly buying Hall.

Before Liverpool became “interested “ Chelsea only willing to offer £80 million so a “bidding war” really helped Brighton get an extra £35 million.

Good. I don't mind Brighton picking up an extra 35 million at the expense of one of the cashspunk clubs.

Liverpool probably ought to be looking at a replacement for salah, who deservedly got taken off yesterday and then started throwing bits of a binding around like teddies.

If Liverpool hadn't messed about at the start and paid the money they wouldn't have had this problem.

Since 20/21 season their net spend has been -£772,000,000

Something definitely needs looking at.

The rules are being changed to align with UEFA’s from next summer

Absolutely crazy money for two players with less than 75 top flight starts between them.

Chelsea have lost their mind.
