Sheffield Utd v Everton at 12:30 - I guess a draw is the best result for us, but an Everton loss would be my preference

Well, it's a big match for us at BL.

Best result for us has to be a draw but I can see Sheffield United beating Everton.

Wins for City, Brentford and Chelsea preferable.

Just read that Everton can only name seven subs today with two goalkeepers.

Interestingly, it was similar for Villa at the Turf last week, they named two goalkeepers but only eight subs. I suspect Villa are somewhat healthier though than Everton.

Same with many or most Prem teams.

We're going to be at full stretch defending set plays this season for sure.

When McNeil is back fit they will have a strong starting eleven (no depth though)

And this is why I’m quite keen on us playing centre backs at ‘full back’. Adds extra height and athleticism that we generally lack.

Long way to go still, I can see them crumbling if Sheff Utd level.
Before the goal, they looked vulnerable/unorganized at the back.. like they did at Villa.

Got their tails up at the moment though.

They certainly do. Fortunately, their passing is particularly sloppy across the back and midfield.

Everton don't look all that good in defence. Tarks has already made two tackles to stop players getting through. Better teams will make them pay.

I think real vulnerability is a little extreme. Let’s be honest Sheffield have had one decent chance.

Apart from that they have had a few long range shots that Pickford has found easy to deal with.

I'm a bit more positive about Everton.

They have some quality and experience in important parts of the pitch.

Dyche knows what he's doing.

Their home support counts for something too.

I'm getting confused. I have one match on the telly and one on the laptop. One team on each has similar kits but they are playing in different directions. I look at one and then the other and everything is opposite.
