The highest in our group has 2,930 and he hasn’t missed a game in the accounting period.

Re: Max loyalty points
You would like to think that the new scheme will see something like a period for 2750 and over, 2500 and over, 2250 and over then 2000 if it goes that far.
Not much point in using a 5 year period and not rewarding those who go to the majority of away games.

Re: Max loyalty points
still have tickets available for both away games on sale so far neither have sold out with Forest getting to general sale. I think the new system is just fine as it is with the 2000 required for first allocation. The only caveat is perhaps limited availability games like Luton.

Re: Max loyalty points
Do you still get loyalty points for spending money in the club shop/buying club merch?
Re: Max loyalty points
No and I don't think that's ever been the case.Jakubs Tash wrote: ↑Wed Sep 06, 2023 4:13 pmDo you still get loyalty points for spending money in the club shop/buying club merch?
Re: Max loyalty points
Difficult to tell. As whilst it is possible to calculate maximum season ticket points, maximum away ticket points and home cup.games points, it was also possible to earn additional points when buying home tickets for friends, so those points would only be known to those people who earned additional points that way. ( hope that makes sense!)ScottishBorderClaret wrote: ↑Wed Sep 06, 2023 3:31 pmJust out of interest do we know what the maximum amount of loyality points ia that someone could have under the new points system?

I was just trying to gauge what the club should set the priority periods at for the Salford games.
Certainly in excess of 2500 I would say for 1st priority because of limited numbers of tickets.

You’ve never got loyalty points towards tickets from spending money in club shopJakubs Tash wrote: ↑Wed Sep 06, 2023 4:13 pmDo you still get loyalty points for spending money in the club shop/buying club merch?
The points you get for purchases can only be reused for future purchases in the club shop

Re: Max loyalty points
Never have done - you get points towards further purchases at the club shop, totally different scheme to the loyalty point scheme.Jakubs Tash wrote: ↑Wed Sep 06, 2023 4:13 pmDo you still get loyalty points for spending money in the club shop/buying club merch?

Be plenty of spares on gen sale for most games this seasonRick_Muller wrote: ↑Wed Sep 06, 2023 4:02 pmstill have tickets available for both away games on sale so far neither have sold out with Forest getting to general sale. Re: Max loyalty points
Slightly off topic, but similar, when you sell your season ticket back to the club for a game you’ve missed, can you withdraw that money or does it need to be used against other purchases like tickets etc?

Re: Max loyalty points
Loyalty points are now pointless. Someone with a few hundred quid can come along and become a special member or whatever it is and jump the queue even if they have never been to a game home or away before.
I wouldn’t be surprised if for high demand away games the club started to put an extra say £30 surcharge on the ticket prices just to squeeze as much as they can out of us. It is beyond a joke.

Can't do. The maximum charge for an adult away ticket is £30.RickyBobby wrote: ↑Thu Sep 07, 2023 1:29 pmLoyalty points are now pointless. I have a feeling that many of those that are whingeing about the points allocation levels aren’t actually going to the away games.Rick_Muller wrote: ↑Wed Sep 06, 2023 4:02 pmstill have tickets available for both away games on sale so far neither have sold out with Forest getting to general sale. The premium membership only get prior access to 5% of the away allocation, so 67 or so for Salford as an example.RickyBobby wrote: ↑Thu Sep 07, 2023 1:29 pmLoyalty points are now pointless. I think it was done as an option for those that would have bought a season ticket but couldn’t.

Forest was not on tv until recently, first league away game for ages, massive demand last season. Shame it’s not gonna sell out.AlargeClaret wrote: ↑Thu Sep 07, 2023 3:32 pmA Mon night trip to a tv game ? was never gonna be high demand tbf and Newcastle a fair round trip though I’d imagine will sell out .

I didn't even realise it had been moved for the telly, niether club seem to have reported that. Forest have sold out the home end would be good if we can sell our bit out too.Granny WeatherWax wrote: ↑Thu Sep 07, 2023 3:39 pmForest was not on tv until recently, first league away game for ages, massive demand last season. Re: Max loyalty points
Just like the last few seasons, only a few games a season sell out before General Sale. Utd, any ground needing a new tick (Luton), away games local in holidays (Huddersfield a few years back). The only difference is that when these sellout it’ll be a different group of people complaining about not getting a ticket. Look at the fallout from the ballot last year. I had over 10k points and have over 2500 now so regularly going to away games. Without us knowing how many have over 2k points we can’t be sure how hard it might be with a 1000 seat allocation, but I suspect my loyalty has been rewarded by being placed in a much larger group of Clarets with over 2k than had over 6k. If there was a 2500 pts sales bracket then loyalty would be rewarded.

Re: Max loyalty points
For once, a TV game hasn’t been moved to be televised
The game was originally moved to the Monday as there is cricket on at Trent Bridge on the Saturday.
Our game couldn’t be moved to Sunday as they need that in case rain delays the cricket so it was scheduled for Monday evening.

Re: Max loyalty points
You could possibly add another 1000 points to this, if the Clarets number was used to buy an extra home game ticket for all games in the period.ClaretTony wrote: ↑Wed Sep 06, 2023 3:55 pmThe highest in our group has 2,930 and he hasn’t missed a game in the accounting period.
Not very likely anyone has, but the title says maximum number.
