They have an automatic cup scheme, which you can opt into to make sure of your seats.

Must count towards your credits for away games as well.

Can someone point me in the right direction on this as I am asking for a mate who doesn't have a mobile phone and is a bit of a technophobe

He has bought a digital ticket for the cup game and has received an email confirmation but there is no digital ticket attached (as far as he can tell anyway ) Does that sound right ?

Does anyone know how he can get a QR code or digital ticket and then I will be able to print it out for him and hopefully he will then be able to get into the ground without any hassle

The digital tickets will not be QR codes. Those who have ordered will receive an email with a link which will then allow you to load your tickets into your Apple Wallet or equivalent.

My digital ticket has just arrived. It is basically a picture of a ticket, that you can add to your wallet. Nothing particularly technical but I can't imagine they would accept a print of a screenshot or anything. Without a mobile you may be in trouble.

I’ve just added mine to my apple wallet.

They come with the contactless symbol on them, and a ‘hold near reader’ message when looking at the wallet. No QR code or barcode, so definitely needing a smartphone with a wallet function.
