Koleosho is a strange one as his price is so cheap and he's only 18, he's shown he has massive potential without doing much so far but it's harsh, ditto Amdouni bar the price tag.
Berge has got better,
Nobody could argue about Trafford being on there.
My only gripe would.be we've worse wingers and signings than than two selected 😂

They'll never have a chance if they play as a 'IX'.

I get that you dislike Trafford and are in love with Muric.... (very sad but hey).. But to make a statement as they have they need to look at each goal.... Not just the total.... Even Trafford's biggest haters agree he had no chance with most goals, one won goal of the month....

I think people need to put things in perspective,I like many would prefer Muric in goal as I think Traffordis still very raw however he’s a Burnley player and I don’t hate him.

Bumba thinks he's worth 1.9m and criticises him on every opportunity, even if the threads not about him... And he's not the only one.. Some people have that little football knowledge that they think Muric could play the same way in the Premier league as he did in the championship, and are so convinced that they hate that Trafford is stopping him from doing so.... Love is blind

Nothing to do with loving Muric, would I of liked an upgrade this summer? Absolutely
Do I think Trafford is an upgrade? Absolutely not at this stage.
I want us to be competitive as well as bringing talent through when they deserve it. Right now Trafford has done nothing in his career to warrant being a premier league goalkeeper and has done nothing since being here to prove he's premier league or even worthy of dislodging Muric.
Muric should of started this campaign if we didn't buy a suitable upgrade.
I don't dislike Trafford, he just isn't ready or good enough yet.

Your logic would mean probably about 3 of our current team not playing if you go off their previous playing careers as you are with trafford, which players did we sign with a career warranting being a premier league player? Which is what you are judging Trafford on

And Trafford worth 1.9m.....come on

Those 4 have performed quite well. I can think of 4 names miles in front of them.
So yes, a click bait site.

I’m just notifying members of this messageboard that 4 of our team have been included in a ‘worse XI’ purchases of the season article.
Quite armless!
I know nothing about the author or their websites credentials!
Is the site illegal or suspect?
Are there any other sites you’d prefer weren’t referred to on this messageboard?

Maybe I value him too highly......

None of the others are valued as highly as Trafford but some have shown already they aren't premier league ready, some have shown they have massive potential, Trafford right now is showing nothing.

This is based on Whoscored's player ratings which I wouldn't put a lot of stock in. They also have Al-Dakhil as the worst performing player in the league so :?

Worst new signings

There is an article on X that has a team of the worst summer signings. 7 teams with 1 player and us with 4. Bit harsh I think.

It’s done on WhoScored ratings which are basically a load of nonsense.

Koleosho is an entertainer and has the talent to be a too player.Zeki ia already looking a class act.Sander is getting better with each game
Traff would benefit from time with Billy Mercer it's a shame we let him go.He needs to improve his claiming high balls into the box and his howler for the England U21 doesn't help this
Our worst signing imo is Ramsay who looks completely out of his depth but he will adapt too

I can’t say I’m surprised, he’s played every game and we have conceded a load.

He’s also been responsible for a penalty and two errors leading to goals. In who scoreds point matrix that all leads to a poor score.

Al Dakhil hasn't exactly set the world alight yet this season, felt sorry for him the first few games.
He's another that needs managing correctly at his age but has shown enough potential to show he will be a star

Apologies Com but my first thought was “don’t bother”. We have too many negative vibes and before you know it these will spread to the live games at Turf. That won’t help the players struggling on match day.

I'd put at least 3 of our new signings ahead of Trafford, Berge, Amdouni or Kelosho for worse signing for Burnley this season, let alone for all premier league teams. Surely if you have to shoehorn in a Burnley player it would be either Tresor or O'Shea so far?

Unfortunately Churlinov has to come under bad signings and possibly Obafemi and the guy that’s come in as Set Piece Coach.
