It looks a daunting task to predict the 12 horses in the correct order, the article says the odds are over 500 million to 1, but that isn't actually the case.
There is only 1 horse, underpass, which is out of position according to the bookmakers odds.
If that horse had run true to form, then there would have probably been many more winners.

Horses do tend to run true to form, especially in the "better" races.
It is still no mean feat to predict all 12 though. Picking a winner is hard enough.
