Loose 12 points (worst case scenario), do they still finish above us?

There is no chance Everton will get any deduction
There is only Arsenal who have been a top flight club longer and Everton won't be sacrificed
If you are in the club you are safe
Remember Leicester Cardiff Leeds Pompey all guilty of creative accountancy no punishments other than meaningless fines
Darlington hounded with a series of punishments that effectively killed them .

Any points deduction would start the following season. I still think they'll squirm out of it. Major payers in The Premier League TV show. Football at this level is corrupt to the core.

Good Ol Dychey, weaving his magic now. Can’t wait to give him a round of applause on Wednesday!

Everton will NOT be sacrificed….no chance the EPL will risk not being able to show off Bramley Moore Dock.

Back to the question they will still have enough points to finish above the bottom 3, currently I'd suggest we will be in the bottom 3.
