Would we beat Blackburn

Just for discussion really. Do you think we could beat our lower leagues rivals at present with this team?

It would be closer than last season, the way they came at us at Ewood last season I think this squad could buckle because they've no spine or fight.
First goal would be crucial

Blackburn try to play like us. We have better players at it.

If they were aggressive like Sheff Utd they might have a chance.

I’d hope so, but a team low on confidence and devoid of ideas as we are can lose to literally anyone.

It’s probably for the best if we avoid drawing them this season.

we are 3 or 4 experienced players short of being a really good side. They are 8-11 players away from being a bang average Championship team that may challenge for the play offs

I still believe we’d beat Blackburn with this team, even though it’s not good enough for the Premier League.
