Re: Burnley Library - Story of BFC
BFC Community people were there which was important.
They will make good use of it and what is on offer.
Owners were invited. Not even sure they replied.
History not their priority.
It is an ongoing thing that needs more unwanted collections to help it grow or no family to leave them to.
Project manager is there every day... just drop them in.
Duplicates or other items can be auctioned later to raise funds for continued development.
On matchdays there will always be something going on in the morning.
You might even get a free pie this morning from the buffet remains.

Re: Burnley Library - Story of BFC
I was hugely disappointed with one of the so called legends yesterday. I often see him in town so I kindly said to him that next time I see him I'd buy him a coffee. His reply was: "If you see me in town just walk past." (and it wasn't Mr wind up Fletcher although a close associate).

Re: Burnley Library - Story of BFC
It is very short-sighted that the Current owners don’t see that last seasons promotion is already part of the history we were celebrating
