There is definitely something weird going on and if it is not playing our best players it will send us down.warksclaret wrote: ↑Sat Nov 04, 2023 2:23 pmI am starting to think VK's selection will come under as much scrutiny as the teams performances. Maybe just me but I sense if you cross VK you dont get in the team ie Muric, Roberts, Cork. Just a thought

Re: Clarets vs Palace
Certainly Larsen would be one of the first names on the team sheet for me, like others have said, it's a mystery why he cant get a start.
Think he's shown enough when he's been given the chance to say he'd be an improvement on our feeble showings of late.

Re: Clarets vs Palace
Great to have Beyer and O Shea back.
Maybe JBG will have a more central role.
Cork must be injured or I’ll, otherwise can’t see why he’s not at least on the bench.
Big question marks on the selection of Vitinho though, he’s been our weakest link thus far this season.
Finally, VK is sticking with Trafford in goal. Not an easy decision to change the GK, but today’s game must also be pivotal on this aspect.
Anyway, let’s all get behind the lads !

Was there an error on the team sheet? AAD is ou there warming up with the subs.
Re: Clarets vs Palace
I'm starting to think that Trafford has a guarantee clause in his contract about playing!

Ramsay cant even get on the bench-we will get another thumping today I think
Cant stand all this possession stuff but we get nowhere with it.
Where has the least expected maximum effort or whatever SD posted gone?

Fancy amdouni and Jay for a goal today, and massengo to come off the bench and be superb. Might as well be positive before 3pm!

Doing well here. Much better so far.
Re: Clarets vs Palace
Brighton score 1-1
Re: Clarets vs Palace
Palace not done their homework. Not pressing us high up and that's why we look more comfortable on the ball / better.

Re: Clarets vs Palace
That should have been a red. At what point do we have to actually consider VAR is cheating us this season

Re: Clarets vs Palace
Looking at the replay that's a red all day long, I'm not a conspiracy theorist but we seem to be getting shafted too often.
Re: Clarets vs Palace
omg they just showed a different angle of it. How is that not a red?
Re: Clarets vs Palace
Unbelievable.

Re: Clarets vs Palace
Bloody hell...
Re: Clarets vs Palace
That is a red card. There is no nuance- studs off the ground, straight into the shin, long after the ball has been played. How can any professional referee look at several replays of that in slow motion and not give a red? Laughable.
