Well that's dreadful.
Re: Gooners v Clarets match thread
How can he be on int. duty? They're UEFA aren't they? I'm surprised a match is allowed to interfere with a league fixture.

Re: Gooners v Clarets match thread
It's like the start of last season when set pieces were like penalties against us.
For those that struggle to remember back then, that was before Trafford played for us.

Physically the weakest Burnley team I've ever seen.

Re: Gooners v Clarets match thread
The second half collapse came. The problems with the tactics arsenal are employing is that every team can quite easily do this and we quite literally have no way to deal with it.

Re: Gooners v Clarets match thread
Arsenal were playing like they were 5-1 up at 2-1. That’s an “us” problem.

Have we ever been so bad at dealing with crosses?

Re: Gooners v Clarets match thread
Always going to be hard today, but you can't concede goals like this. Encouraging signs against Palace and Arsenal, but we need points and we just can't get them. Unfortunately we're about a season short of experience for many of these players.
Re: Gooners v Clarets match thread
We have absolutely nothing on our right hand side with Vitinho, Oshea and JBG. They just come again and again with nothing stopping them.

Re: Gooners v Clarets match thread
Set up like this but with Muric and Ekdal in and we will pick up points against teams.
That’s the only positive takeaway to have.

Re: Gooners v Clarets match thread
If he persists with calamity I’m afraid he will have to be sacked, he’s going to take us down to league one at this rate.
Re: Gooners v Clarets match thread
Anybody who marks Trafford above a 3 has not watched the game If VK can’t see what is happening to his fav keeper then he should go to. We simply have no chance with Trafford in goal

I only get upset with the ones who get their kicks from our players having a mare. You'll need a top up of your kleenex based upon today though.daveisaclaret wrote: ↑Sat Nov 11, 2023 4:39 pmI promise you nothing bad will happen if you don't get loudly upset with people who don't think Trafford has been very good.

Amdouni and Koleosho off.
******* joke. He's clueless. Jay is clearly spent and JBG anonymous for the last 40 mins.

How we've left JBG and Jay on, but taken Amdouni and Luca off is beyond me.

JBL only getting 10 mins a game is a fking joke, honestly. If he's fit enough for 10 he's fit enough for 30 at least.

Re: Gooners v Clarets match thread
This has been much better.
You people need to wake up.
This league is brutal.
Arsenal are an absolutely top side, we have competed very well.
There are clear signs of progression.
Chill out
