Online ticket platform down for system upgrade
As part of Burnley Football Club’s ongoing digital development and improvements, the online ticketing platform will be offline from 5pm Sunday 12th until 5pm Wednesday 15th November.
The ticket office will remain open as usual from 9am until 5pm for in person and phone enquiries but no sales will be made during the period when the system will be down for the upgrade.
Ticket details for the Brighton & Hove Albion game on 9th December will be announced in due course.
Once these developments have been completed all users will need to reset their password. This also applies to users of the website, app and Clarets+.
To reset your password please follow these steps:
Go to [https://login.burnleyfootballclub.com/forgot-password\]
Input your email associated with your Clarets account.
Go to your emails and click on the reset password link.
Enter your new password, this can be the same as what you had previously.
Once complete you will be able to log in with your email and new password.
Should fans have any issues resetting their password they should email [ticketoffice@burnleyfc.com]
This has now been completed and everyone needs to reset their password. I just entered my original one and it accepted it

Re: BFC password reset
Luckily BFC is not our bank, although it does take our money!
Re: BFC password reset
Request for reset password received this morning.
Re: BFC password reset
Will the reset have any impact upon the cards linked to my account through "family and friends".

I assume all your account details remain as is, you just have to reset your password.

Re: BFC password reset
I followed the emailed link. Gave email and password. It’s now given me a new clarets number with no loyalty points and no friends and family associated with the email address I use? Any ideas what I’ve done wrong or what has happened here?
Re: BFC password reset
Looks like you've inadvertently set up a new account, when you just needed to change your password.
Re: BFC password reset
It appears so but surely you cannot set up a new account using same email and password? I’m pretty sure I just followed the link I was sent to reset password. Will email club to see what I’ve done, thanks.
Re: BFC password reset
Yes you can. You can slse reset your password using the password which you previously been using! Suggest that you ring the Ticki Office and explain what's happened.

Re: BFC password reset
All gone OK for me except I can't login to the Teamcard site through the app. I can do it by using the url (below) using the exact same username and password that the app won't accept. Bizarre but not unworkable and I should probably count myself lucky.

Re: BFC password reset
I reset mine firstly on my home computer, which was easy.
Then I struggled to log in on my phone, so had to reset it again on my phone.
Looks like you might have to reset every device you use to log in.
