I said last season I thought he might be better in the Prem than championship. If we had slightly better players he'd probably look like a world beater as a lot of his nearly balls would come off with better players to make something of a weaker chance. He's got such good ability to pop up in space for a 24 year old, look at his goals last year he was the shortest man on the pitch scoring back post headers like a ninja.

How I hope so!

We looked very solid and very balanced. A number of notable performances from players who have had a shaky start to the season. Some lovely football. As much as anything, we looked assured when in possession and didn't give those sloppy, casual chances like we have almost every match.

I said it earlier but I really mean it: I'm looking forward to being able to watch MOTD tonight!

Last season we didn't look that good until we hit 5 in a game, then it was steamroller time. We've maybe left it too late for the title this season though

It was his fifth booking which is a one match ban. Today was the last match for that. Time wasting yellow. Crazy

Yes, that is silly. It didn't take him many games to rack up the 5 yellows either.

I felt amdouni and some of the others really came to life today and I could see what he was all about, finally. It was an easy game against a poor team, but given our low confidence and recent results it could easily have gone badly, they didn't allow that mentality today and we battled hard to dominate. Special thanks to mcburnie for making it even easier.
