2023/24: Aston Villa v Burnley – Ticket Information

Went to the T/O yesterday thinking that, as per the website, collections for Villa were from 13th Dec. I was told though that they haven't started sending Villa tickets out yet and it probably won't be until this Weds/ Thurs - although the lady I spoke to didn't seem to be too sure of that.

A few hundred. They've released more seats in P10 and now also in P9.

Confused old man here. I ordered tickets for upper tier for my mate who lives In Bristol.
I assumed the digital tickets would actually be digital but they have arrived as paper tickets this morning in Burnley.
Have you or anyone used digutal away tickets before, would a photo of the ticket and QR code scan at the turnstile?

Not sure about that but I wouldn't like to rely on it working. If I was you I'd get them in the post to him 1st class this afternoon but keep the ticket details so that if they don't arrive you can then ask our TO to put them on the re-print list for collection at Villa. The away ticket window is right next to the away turnstiles.

That’s OK as I can always pick them up on the day it’s just that the site won’t let me select the seats from their seating plan.
