Odobert in no man’s land there. No support for Taylor at all. Thats where Koleosho has been outstanding this season.

Why are people on here so negative? We’re playing well and it’s 0-0

Brighton looking dangerous now and likely to score soon. We need to take control back quickly.

I believe you might have missed that he pointed out Muric's accuracy in the Championship was better than Trafford's in league 1 as well as the PremFoshiznik wrote: ↑Sat Dec 09, 2023 3:29 pmAnd has variables like pressure from the opposition on the player targeted by the pass, the passer, where the pass is made, whether it’s along the ground, in the air, the pace. I’m sure you know that but it will be very different in the premier league to the championship as that will be to league 1 also.

And that header came from a poor clearance by Charlie when Trafford should have called to collect

Re: Match thread. Brighton away.
Great save there by Trafford.
EDIT: my mistake went wide but think he had it covered
You realise we scout players base on data from different leagues right? It's not so alien as to be impossible to infer or compare.

So what exactly is your argument? That we can't do any inference from statistics to suggest maybe Muric is a better long passer than Trafford even though the only available data shows it?

Are we determined to give a goal away every game? Brighton well on top now after a good start. Come on Burnley get a grip of the game!

Brighton definitely on top. We often end up having to weather a storm before H-T.
Let's hope we get in level.

Re: Match thread. Brighton away.
There is no argument to be had. I’m just pointing out the inaccuracies of such stats to try and dig out a player currently playing for the club I love when it’s unfairly weighted.spt_claret wrote: ↑Sat Dec 09, 2023 3:37 pmGreat save there by Trafford.

You don’t need to compare apples to oranges to tell us you think a player is **** and want him out. We hear it enough already, even when he plays well and someone else’s gaff is at fault.

Re: Match thread. Brighton away.
Not sure what game he's seeing Trafford's made two good saves and a decent cover but nothing you wouldn't expect a PL keeper to do, plus Brighton haven't exactly been battering our door down we've not had a ton of chances but have had plenty of playkentonclaret wrote: ↑Sat Dec 09, 2023 3:39 pm“The only reason Burnley are still in this match is because of James Trafford.
