What we really need is Tarkowski back to play midfield......everything else would just fall into place.

Sorry, but he's been a major disappointment imo thus far this season. I know he's had his injury problems that haven't helped, but he makes me nervous and appears hesitant whilst in possession at times. Maybe my opinion is based on how good he was last season, but then again he had THB along side him then. I think a CB is a priority in the January window to get someone with PL experience to play along side him.
