Are some footballers thick as mince...
... or just cheats?
I've just watched Saka get caught with an open palm to his chest / throat and he's dropped to the deck holding his face.
Bearing in mind that there are countless cameras watching, VAR gagging to get involved and slow it to a frame by frame, why are players still hitting the deck and feigning 'facial' injuries when at best they look stupid and at worst an outright (albeit incompetent) cheat?

The feigning of injury is just embarrassing at times. Kane, Maddison, Martinez last week vs Brentford, makes it unwatchable at times.

Klopp just injuring his own player is some good entertainment, though.

Can't speak for them all, however, Saka- a yes from me.Darthlaw wrote: ↑Sat Dec 23, 2023 5:42 pm... or just cheats?

I used to be amused watching Ted McMin on the wing
for us and all his play acting with the crowd and the antics he got up to was hilarious :: but I agree it spoils the game

Connor roberts was quite funny earlier with his "leg injury"
