Has anyone stayed at the innovation house?
Looking at accommodations for my spring visit and came across this place.
https://www.innovation-house.co.uk/
Seems close to everything and rooms look updated. Is it in a decent part of town? One review said it was noisy being next to the street but got overall good reviews

I think this is situated in the old Corporation pub.
Not the best of areas, it's at the bottom of Burnley Wood.

I’m 50/50 for it or the premier inn. It’s cheaper than the premier inn(which seems perfectly fine in itself) and closer to stuff plus it has a kitchen. Was just curious about the part of town it is in (one person mentioned the street noise) but how loud can it get in march?

Re: Has anyone stayed at the innovation house?
No offence to anyone that lives there (I’m originally from Fulledge myself and my parents still live there), but Burnley Wood isn’t the best of areas.
You’re probably better staying at Premier Inn.

If it’s the old Corporation pub it’s actually Lower Tentre but the point above still stands.

I'll be blunt. Not a chance in hell would I stay there.

Unstaffed accommodation in a dodgy area of town.
Stay at the Premier Inn would be my advice

Only a marginal upgrade on sleeping in a binbag in Townley Park is what I've been told.

Doubt anyone from Burnley would recommend staying there. I would drink in that area if you want an authentic match day experience (Oxford, Miners and Culvert very close) but stay there - nope. I don't live a million miles away. Only place I could imagine I'd rather not stay more is Regent Guest House behind 110 club!
Premier Inn, Holiday Inn, Omerod House, Travel Lodge, Crow Wood, basically anywhere else.

It’s absolutely fine around there for a night stay - some posters making out like it’s Toxteth.
No need to bother with a cab anywhere if you decide to have a few shandy’s after the match either.

I would not risk staying there .. the same reason I wouldn’t eat at say imrans takeaway .. at least with premier in it’s going to be satisfactory

If you are after a self catering place to stay, depending on dates, I might have a spot. In Worsthorne, walkable to the turf in 25 minutes and with a couple of very good village pubs. Can even get a minibus to the turf from the crooked billet.
