Mind boggling how hard it is. Surely all orders go into a database and can then be emailed out en mass. Sounds like our ticketing system isn’t fit for purpose. Imagine if we had 7,000 tickets like last season.

Today is the 29th January, the game is on the 31st January. I live in hope that the tickets we purchased 27 days ago do finally arrive in time.

Spoke to the ticket office this morning and the lady said i had to email to request a new link which they will try to send later today...

What's wrong with a good old fashioned paper ticket? I'm all for technology if it actually improves things but a lot of the time it just seems to make things harder for the customer.

It has in this case but whenever I've previously bought e-tickets for anything I've received them at the time of purchase.

Its BFC ticket office / ticket system making things hard, e-tickets should be an absolute piece of cake in this day and age.

1 the seats we had booked don’t exist
2 the plan for e-tickets is to send them out three days before the game
3 your City tickets are late because we have only just received them from Man City.

It’s just weird and a communication issue. I don’t fall into the category as I had no intention of going tonight but I wonder if anyone looked at the site on Friday or Saturday with the intention of buying a ticket, saw that it was ‘sold out’ and then naturally left it at that.

It's been showing 'sold out' for quite a while, so interesting to know why that was, especially when it obviously wasn't!
