I think it puts to bed the argument of Muric vs Trafford.

The answer is Muric does some things better than Trafford and Trafford does some things better than Muric but it will always be the same result when distribution isn’t picture perfect due to the lack of outfield players who can control a difficult throw/kick from the back.

Amdouni just kicked it against spurs player
Muric could see the danger and still threw it. I’m a Muric over Trafford supporter too, but he could see the danger, Amdouni turned into it and did his best.

No need for Muric to play the quick pass, should have kept hold of it, regroup.
Our game is to catch them on the counter. If Amdouni pulls off the flick we are on the break and it would have been brilliant from both. Unfortunately Amdouni didn't get it right and Porro scored a worldy

Of course not but Trafford would have gotten slaughtered for such sloppy distribution.
Unfortunately all the Trafford fans have been waiting for this all night,( substitute that for Muric for the early part of the season) the ball was ok to Amdouni ,just shows how much faster we need to react when we get the ball.

Having seen the replay, i accept that is Muric's mistake. Shame, he'd had a great game and shown us what we might have won...

Both at fault. We weren't on the break so why does Muric make the pass but Amdouni has to do better.

Ah well, what's another loss amongst this dismal season.

Played well...some good footy as well but not good enough though.
Don't need a cup run anyway...we have far bigger things to sort out....like Luton

I’ve just watched it again, I’m really not sure what else Amdouni could have done there. The pace and the angle the ball was coming at put him in a really difficult position IMO

Centre backs for me have done some great emergency defending

Our midfield and forward line lightweight and slow to react.

Overall strange night I think they been there for the taking no doubt a better side than us but they been poor tonight too.

Right to play it out like the top teams but wrong to do it in silly moments. A few suicide balls from Muric tonight. That is his Achilles heel. Jesus, just as I type he does it again. Trafford question answered.

The other regular fallibility is to try to take clever touches in our own half. It cost us on Saturday and it cost us today.

It was a moment that required the goalie to calm the play . Hold the ball… he saw an opportunity to quickly turn it into attack.. ball to amdouni was good what amdouni did was stupid as it failed brilliant if he succeeded as spurs had committed 9 in attack the end result was a superb strike that was unstoppable…. We lack composure and experience… we have a young side .. they will learn … we will not see the best from this side for a few years
