Every team will have the same stories, I mean look at Everton this week to name one. Even Liverpool have been done over by VAR this season. I don't really think you can use VAR as an excuse.
Difference being though that they can afford the odd dodgy VAR decision and still win the game, there defining moments in games for us, we'd be playing with more confidence now with the extra points. We've been poor I'm not defending that but some of the important VAR decisions against us have been ridiculous

Should of had a pen in last minute away to Bournemouth to, should of had a pen first half against West Ham, if we get 2 penalties and go 2-0 up I don’t think we lose that game
Forgot about the stonewall penalty at home to West Ham. Bournemouth and Villa away very tight offside calls too.
Saying that though Trafford should have seen red at Bournemouth for handling the ball outside the box

No doubt in my mind that young Ramsey is going to be one hell of a player in the coming years ahead!

People are clearly seeing something I can’t. (Insanely talented??!!)

I can’t remember seeing a footballer at this level with a worse first touch, and this frequently leads to him being caught in possession, often in dangerous areas. Already this season, this has cost us goals against Newcastle and Chelsea, and the penalty which cost us the game against Villa. It also nearly cost us one last early on.

That’s quite a charge sheet given his very limited game time. I’m struggling to remember a significant, positive contribution but hopefully someone will put me right.

But over dramatic isn’t it? You don’t have to like every player but let’s at least be honest, fair and not get overly emotional that ridiculous statements get made to make their point.

Perhaps not as hyperbolic as “insanely talented”, and I’m still struggling to think of a premier league player with a worse first touch. Maybe you can help, and maybe point out exactly what I’m missing?

Ramsey wants too much time on receipt of the ball, and then doesn’t react to protect the ball when put under pressure, so basically is not up to the speed or physicality of a premier league game.
Foster was identical to this last year and in the Championship but now, mental health allowing, looks more than capable at this level.
Probably something to do with him carrying/protecting the injury/ injuries he's had since he walked through the door. Hopefully he's injury free asap, and we see he's true potential.

Ramsey is more of an 8/10 player, in no way is he suited to a midfield 2 . He needs time and consistent games to show his ability. I think he has some real ability but the frantic nature of our plays so far this season hasn’t helped him but I agree he should do better and be less naive in dangerous areas
