Got mine. Clicked on link. Saved it to my phone’s wallet. If no phone then not sure, possibly print it out when you have followed the link but I don’t think that will work when you get there.

It looks like it's an NFC ticket so it's not a barcode or qr you can print, you have to add it to your wallet and hold your phone to the reader.

Actually it does have a qr but only in the wallet so you can't snapshot it.

So it's extra hassle. Doesn't seem right that someone should be penalised for choosing not to have a smartphone.

I know a couple, but they get round the ticket issue by putting it on someone else's phone

When it comes to technicalities about lap tops/smart phones I am at the bottom of the pile. However after playing around on my iphone all day yesterday on my IPHONE wallet is a ticket with the heading SOUTH LONDON AND PROUD with my seat details. I was expecting to see just a QR code on the wallet , Can I stop panicking
