Maintenance at Turf Moor
Lots of seats need to be put back ahead of our next home game. To fix a leaking roof apparently.

Re: Maintenance at Turf Moor
If its raining, then it really makes very little difference if the roof above those seats is leaking or not

To be fair as I have done my fair share of bashing the club about off field matters, at least they have dealt with it quickly unlike at United

I wouldn’t choose to sit in the lower tier in either stand for that reason. Plenty of folk do though.

I laughed when i saw his post too
It's been the same for years - there's lots of parts of the ground that need immediate attention, them stands are dated
Re: Maintenance at Turf Moor
Our seats have been taken up there.

If you wanna stay dry in either of the two “new” stands, stay on the concourse….

Only came to light following complaints from a few hundred Evertonians.

I find it more difficult going down those steps rather than up

You should just get a seat in the dugout CT. And bypass the steps altogetherClaretTony wrote: ↑Mon Jan 29, 2024 11:34 amI find it more difficult going down those steps rather than up

I can run up the stairs at home (just 13 steps) but I have to hold on coming down.Roosterbooster wrote: ↑Mon Jan 29, 2024 11:36 amYou should just get a seat in the dugout CT. And bypass the steps altogether

Re: Maintenance at Turf Moor
I never descend any stairs now without holding on to a rail. Dodgy left ankle can give way anytime. Never thought it would come to this.ClaretTony wrote: ↑Mon Jan 29, 2024 11:42 amI can run up the stairs at home (just 13 steps) but I have to hold on coming down.

Re: Maintenance at Turf Moor
I have the advantage of being able to hold on to a rail on both sides at home unless I'm having to carry something.Silkyskills1 wrote: ↑Mon Jan 29, 2024 11:52 amI never descend any stairs now without holding on to a rail. Dodgy left ankle can give way anytime. Never thought it would come to this.
