He dithered and didn't come for the cross leading to the corner then did his usual no show flap from it.
Vitinho was primarily at fault for the second but he dithered and came then went for the lob, left himself in no man's land by not deciding what to do.
He's a good shot stopper who is also artistic at it, can make average saves look special.
He's developed and steadied his passing compared to earlier in the season, nothing like as productive with it as Muric but not as scary as Muric either or as he was earlier in the season.
But his command of the box, strength, decision making and positioning are all hugely lacking.
No show flap?

The man at the front post headed it in like a bullet. No keeper comes for those. Not since 1975.

Berge is basically a CB here. What a waste. I get it against City, but not here.

Looked a goalkick, to me. I understand his hesitancy. I didn't think it was that easy to come for.
He’s hopeless and not confident in himself. Thought process is too slow and he is too weak. League 1 level keeper. We might end up there if we continue with this “project”

Would love for them to stay up.
Got to love how they've gone about their business for a few years. Great story.

Currently at the game. I haven’t been this angry at a performance (or lack of) in a long long time. The defence look clueless and players are shying away from the ball. This season is difficult to take but VK needs to sort this out. He’s still the man. Get esteves on at ht and fofana and give it a right good go.

Reed tackle only yellow?

Surprising with how high his studs were. Good job he didn't make much contact. Arsenal would have had all 11 surrounding the ref.

We look a weaker team after the transfer period.

Vitinho and the invisible Ramsey surely to be hooked at HT

Disagree, he's a shy character every time at set pieces and was again. Doesn't fill his net enough to stay on the line, stays rooted to it too deeply.
He's been chipped so many times or beat from range, it started in bloody preseason. He's been absent in goal from so many corners.
He's a very good shot stopper but he has serious serious weaknesses which have been exploited repeatedly, and are easy to exploit with how weak the defence infront is.

Beginning to agree. Not learning from his mistakes, some very iffy signings, strange tactics and team selections. So disappointing.

He needs to grow into his body. He's not as strong as he should be at his height.

No keeper comes for that corner, though.

Ramsey is abysmal. He's living off an okay game against United, he's been either missing or directly overturned possession to give away goals in every other game.
Seen nothing to offer from him or Tresor all season, not much from Larsen since Sheffield at home (thought he looked exciting, rounded and worth more time until then).
Vitinho looked good for about 3 games with Gudmundsson ahead of him but has dropped off and off since and today he's hopeless,Odobert is doing nothing to help him but he's been bypassed repeatedly and positioning himself terribly.

Because if we go down he will be the man to bring us back up. He is learning, and yes it’s extremely difficult to take, but bad managers do not get 101 point championship winning seasons without deserving a chance to take us back up like Dyche

Absolutely DOGSH!T first half and sumed up in that 45 minutes everything that's been so bad about this season. A complete no show yet again, gutless, spineless, clueless, uninterested steaming pile of dog muck

This is most certainly on Kompany, he looks a manager way way out of his depth at this level currently!

We don’t have enough subs to replace those who should be replaced.

Foster has worked hard as per usual and the new lad at right back has done OK.

The rest? Meh.

I don't think you can really criticise Trafford for either goal.
The corner was like a bullet. The 2nd was Vitinho playing them on and Ekdal not marking his man.

Blaming Trafford is wrong. He didn't do anything but I'm not sure you'd expect anything.

My main issue is that Ramsey, once again, is a passenger and looks out of his depth. Even falling over.
The first ball that came across was in the 6 yd box ,it was an easy collect for Trafford and he stood on his line ,and the 2nd he was lobbed.

Awful half of football, absolutely no idea what we’re trying to do? Zero press, zero patterns of play, just nothing at all.

Relegate us already, get it over with because this is just painful. Kompany deserves to give it another shot next season but this season has been shocking really.

You’re being kind “on his line”. He was behind it, hiding, hoping someone would deal with it.

It’s beginning to look more and more like he got lucky with a formula which just worked. He’s not good enough the proof is in the pudding. We have been completely embarrassing this season and it’s all self inflicted.

There are no signs that Kompany is even trying to solve our problems.
