Post by Goody1975 » Wed Feb 07, 2024 1:24 pm

Just a heads up for those unaware that we are expecting snow in Burnley and surrounding areas tomorrow. May make the evening commute interesting.

EDIT

First screenshot from this morning, second one seems a change of heart.

Anyway, the post still stands

Hell of a lot of snow where I live - just waiting for tomorrow's rain now to get rid of it

Doing a bit in Accy, not really sticking though.
Maybe it'll get heavier later.

Certainly stuck more in Burnley than Accy, especially on the higher ground but nothing major. It ts too wet and warm for it to be a real problem

We had road provlems yesterday with the police reporting that both Manchester Road and Rossendale Road were barely passable, but it’s all gone now with today’s rain.
