Re: Positive Thread
We're positively relegated.
Re: Positive Thread
I think it's time to take the blue pill Morpheus, and remain in blissful ignorance now until next season where hopefully there will be some positives.

Get the player agents working to get as much money back as possible on some of the crap we spent on.

Re: Positive Thread
We were never going to get anything once down to 10 and it was 0-0 at that stage so this game irrelevant to how things have been going recently.
No matter how successful a player you were it does not mean you reach anywhere near the level as a coach and the recent list of example would fill some space with trophies and medals - Keane, Rooney, Lámpard, Gerrard, Gary Neviile at Valencia and currently VK. Not just have you to capable of stepping up but so has your vast number of staff underneath you.
Worringly most of that list was backed by their clubs so excuses are quite thin on the ground - I don't buy into it would cost too much to sack VK as SD has only recently signed a new contract when he was sacked.
Lessons have to be learnt and yes this season is all about a match competition between us and sheff utd not to finish bottom.

Re: Positive Thread
The only positive is we are one game closer to the end of this season.
Oh and we might well have a captain that tries next week.

Re: Positive Thread
Couldn't be bothered going today after the dreadful performances lately . Taking my lad , tickets, train fare, beer and food - saved approx £250 .

You deserve a medal if it costs you so much to go to an away game ,you’d be better off going to Centre Parcsexpoultryboy wrote: ↑Sat Feb 24, 2024 5:37 pmCouldn't be bothered going today after the dreadful performances lately . Taking my lad , tickets, train fare, beer and food - saved approx £250 .

Palace away was one of the games I'd earmarked to attend with a long weekend away in the Capital with Mrs VC as soon as the fixtures came out as not been to Selhurst Park before.
Personal circumstances coupled with the p*ss poor effort and performances from the team 7 months into the season made me reconsider and hate to say it but glad I did.
Saved a few hundred quid and a lot of time and effort by deciding against
Oh, another positive, Forfana still looks a good loan signing..

I’m absolutely positive VK will never ever make it as a top manager.
