There's always that possibility.
Although i reckon it's crap teams like Hudds and Sheff Wed that'll keep em up.

Have they reduced Ipswich allocation?
Re: TODAYS FOOTY
Not surprising someone called Chaplin is having a good time at somewhere as silent as Ewood.

Blackburns run of fixtures is very hard I can see them found down.
7 games left and they have Leeds, Leicester, Southampton & Coventry all to play.

Unfortunately they may only need 4-5 points to stay up.

I think they’ve just about done enough unfortunately. Plymouth and Birmingham in free fall

Re: TODAYS FOOTY
Their fate is pretty much entirely in the hands of Sheff Wed and Huddersfield because Blackburn will be lucky to get about 4 more points.ClaretsPadiham wrote: ↑Fri Mar 29, 2024 5:47 pmBlackburns run of fixtures is very hard I can see them found down.

Real shame Sheff didn’t hold on today against Swansea.

Szmodics will have kept them up if they survive.

I’ve only watched one of their games this season when they were on tv against Newcastle in the cup. They didn’t look a bad side that day and I wouldn’t be too surprised if they picked up enough points from their remaining games as difficult as they look on paper.jedi_master wrote: ↑Fri Mar 29, 2024 5:54 pmTheir fate is pretty much entirely in the hands of Sheff Wed and Huddersfield because Blackburn will be lucky to get about 4 more points.

Another side I’ve only watched once - they were trash in the cup against Maidstone.

Yes, I thought they were unlucky to go out on pens, but it was great to watch.StayingDown4Ever wrote: ↑Fri Mar 29, 2024 6:01 pmI’ve only watched one of their games this season when they were on tv against Newcastle in the cup. Szmodics runs like Ings. Very similar posture and mannerisms.

Re: TODAYS FOOTY
I’ve only ever been to their ground once and that was in the away end (though not watching Burnley - it was a game against Arsenal in the league cup on a midweek night and it was only about £10 a ticket). Probably about 15 years ago I’d guess.Robbie_painter wrote: ↑Fri Mar 29, 2024 6:17 pmYou’ve watched all their games, you’re probably typing this from Deadwood.

Re: TODAYS FOOTY
Sure there’s more to it than half a game. But if Ipswich win they will be just 3 points behind where we were at this stage of the season.Robbie_painter wrote: ↑Fri Mar 29, 2024 6:22 pmIf that half of football is anything to go by it’s a terrible league.

Re: TODAYS FOOTY
Ipswich have obviously had another strong season and they impressed against us in the cup albeit both teams made lots of changes, this is the first time I've seen them this season and if that's the standard then we will get 100+ points again next season no fear (assuming there is no miracle this season)
Re: TODAYS FOOTY
It's not their standard - they've looked impressive multiple timesVegas Claret wrote: ↑Fri Mar 29, 2024 6:24 pmIpswich have obviously had another strong season and they impressed against us in the cup albeit both teams made lots of changes, this is the first time I've seen them this season and if that's the standard then we will get 100+ points again next season no fear

For balance, if we are to base things on one game, they’re playing better than we did at Ewood.Vegas Claret wrote: ↑Fri Mar 29, 2024 6:24 pmIpswich have obviously had another strong season and they impressed against us in the cup albeit both teams made lots of changes, this is the first time I've seen them this season and if that's the standard then we will get 100+ points again next season no fear (assuming there is no miracle this season)

Re: TODAYS FOOTY
Warton was the difference, he's going to be a top player imho. We had the pressure of trying to win the league too and we all know what pressure does to people. Either way, McKenna has done extremely well.

And faltered a bit at the end,we genuinely could’ve smashed the record to bits last season.Vegas Claret wrote: ↑Fri Mar 29, 2024 6:26 pmto be fair we didn't turn up for the first 3rd of it ! (it felt like it anyway)

I thought we did very well considering the scale of change. Were we not top of the league after 15 games?Vegas Claret wrote: ↑Fri Mar 29, 2024 6:26 pmto be fair we didn't turn up for the first 3rd of it ! (it felt like it anyway)
