Suspensions

Post by PremierLeagueClass » Sun Mar 31, 2024 7:34 pm

May have been mentioned already but how long is Kompany’s touchline ban? As it’s his second ban is it longer? Same with Assignon, is it two games?

If we receive an apology for Assignon's sending off, will VK's red be rescinded?

As I understand it we can do nothing about Assignon's red card because only straight reds can be appealed. Yellow cards can't be appealed and he received a second yellow, so he's gonners (I think).

Very unlikely. Even when the decision is obviously shite, you are not supposed to tell the ref that it is.

I think he may have told the ref to do something to himself which is both physically and morally unacceptable :D
Definitely not worth an appeal.

Ironic that Dyche's teams were perceived as cloggers, but I think we've had as many sent off this season as we did in all Dyche's time in the PL.

Thought there was only one red card in SD time in prem league
We may be near the bottom of the league but currently top of the red card league this season with 6 apparently
I recall Zaroury City home Brownhill Palace away
Assignon Chelsea Foster, Forest away Berge and Roberts not sure which games those two saw red

Roberts at Brentford and Berge at Villa.
