Scores on the doors
Claret1205 out front tonight with 21 points
Targetman 13 points

Mr Top Tier 4 points (I had missed your answer for 4e but earlier mistakenly added 2 points earlier for 4c when it shouldve been just 1 point). Sorry about that.
Dingle Dangle was awarded 2 retrospective points for last weeks effort after I had missed one of his answers.
Sack the quiz master eh! Well maybe not just yet.

6 Who Am I? (4 POINTS)
I was born in the South West of England. I achieved under 21 caps prior to joining Burnley and I played alongside such as David James, Alan Shearer and Steve McManaman. I left my home town club to sign for a former Anfield legend who was building his managerial reputation 'north of the border' and although not playing regularly I won a Scottish Premier League medal in 1991. Burnley paid a fee which broke the club record transfer at that time. I played in defence although I enjoyed using my pace and skill in more advanced positions on the field given opportunity. Sadly my time at Burnley was marred by a couple of fracture injuries although I played over a hundred league and cup games for the Clarets before leaving having spent just over 4 years at Turf Moor.
