I can and I can't

Obviously I'm a huge Muric fan. I think the team plays significantly better with him between the sticks but he's effectively cost us 4-6 points in consecutive weeks.

Last weeks is not as bad as this weeks by any stretch - Traff had one similar at Luton but it deflected wide.

Extrapolate it over the season I still believe we'd have more points on the board.
Rubbish they are equally as bad as each other

Nah. One is a deflection that spooned up and over from dallying on the ball for a tad bit too long.

This is standing in front of your goal and taking a terrible (attempt?) of a touch.

I mean Muric has come and caught 6 crosses/corners atleast today that Trafford would have just punched or flapped at. Muric is prone to mistakes but for me he's more commanding, a better shot stopper and has better distribution.

If we'd picked up full points v Wolves and Everton and 3 against this lot. We might have had a chance to avoid the drop.

Kolo,Berge, Esteve aside nothing we have brought in has improved us this season. Lets hope next season some of the others grow and improve.

We were just 4 points off a place of safety in the live table when we were winning, now it's back to 6.

Like someone posted above, it's disheartening

Shame that, think spt is correct in confidence. Even his distribution wasn't up to par today and that's a real shame.

Interestingly both goals and most chances today came from the other team bollocksing up from cocking around at the back - need to change it up more than we have.

Foster playing the whole game is the most baffling decision of the season for me.
He was awful, then he was awful and knackered.

Bonkers subs. As ever.

It's not irrelevant at all. You said they were both as bad as each other. I completely disagree. Muric has had two absolute howlers, but the points I've made are why I think he's still better than Trafford. I think the fresh frustration of today is affecting your posts.

Trafford's cost us plenty of goals by being weak on crosses, set pieces, easily off his line etc., and made a couple of similar on ball errors that thankfully cost nothing. He won us a point at Brighton.
Muric was key to us beating Brentford, MOTM, and a big part in getting points the next 2, but has made two terrible mistakes each worse than any individual error by Trafford and seems a massive confidence keeper which is risky.
Trafford hasn't offered much positive asides one half at Brighton but has offered several negatives, Muric has offered some positives and some absolutely atrocious negatives.

On his first 3 games back I 100% thought that Muric coming in had fixed us and I think anyone being honest with themselves would agree until the 45th minute at Everton.

Now I'm far less sure we'd have more points, I think we may just have picked up/dropped points differently.

I'm not defending Aro, he's had two shockers in a row and it's not good enough. I'm refusing to accept he's no better than Trafford though.

What needs to change is trying to play out when the opposition is set in position - we should pick and choose our moments better and only try and play through the lines/force it when an opposition player is out of position.

All Muric needs now is a pair of joggers and a clown mask. Disgraceful again, may aswell just kick it into your own net fella.

All these fans clamouring for last seasons players are now seeing evidence why they haven’t been playing.

I was absolutely raging at this. He hasnt been fit enough for months, its an absolute disgrace for a Premier League footballer to be so unfit. Especially one who the club has been very patient with this season. What on earth is he doing in training?

I get behind all our players.

Trafford needed resting about 3 months ago for his own football welfare.

Muric instilled a lot of confidence sudeenly into a losing team (Lost one in 5?)

He has made two massive blunders and I fear for his confidence going forward.

Is it time for Vigaroux to be tried out?

Any keeper playing as a sweeper in a team with a high defensive line will make mistakes at a higher rate than in a Dyche style setup.

Popey would look utterly shite in this system.

Do we ever go a game when we dont either drop a clanger or miss sitters. We are to the outside world and pundits a joke of an outfit, not fit or deserving of the PL. Another week when I am in disbelief that the club and owners are happy to give VK a chance in the Championship, and another chance to spend in the Summer window

Might get pellets for this but I thought we were very good today against a more that decent Brighton side, yes we missed chances and conceded chances but on the whole I thought we looked good. Also Muric is twice the keeper Trafford is but he’s always had a clanger in him.
