I wouldn’t trust an email to anyone at BFC. Phone will likely go unanswered. We are tinpot in so many ways, dealing with the fanbase is most of them…

Only one choice really when dealing with anything involving BFC…

In the interests of fairness, I’ve called the ticket office every day this week. Press 1 to get through and they have picked up promptly every time. I’ve always found them to be quick responders to emails too.

Glad to hear it. My experiences have been somewhat different to that, more times than I care to remember. Maybe things are getting better, I hope so.

Think the TO should have made it more clear, you can seat swap whenever you like but Monday was the only day any non renewed seats would be guaranteed to be available before going on sale on the Tuesday.
