He is a guy gender male that's it

He is no different from you and I

And this footballer coming out
Wtf!!!
So this footballer prefers guys to ladies
So what?
What business is it of anyone else
What harm has been done

Good job he is not in disgusting Brunei where by law he would be stoned to death
It shouldn't matter at all. Most people don't give a toss because to the man on the street its irrelevant.
But there are some people out there with their own agenda.
Some folk like to dress up (so I'm told) and flog each other bandy, but they keep it to themselves as it's no one else's business.

Not rejected as such but I am getting Married to a young lady and there is a massive age difference between us
And although not rejected it has made a difference in my Relationship with my Son and Daughter
And they have both said some horrible things to me and they refuse point blank to meet my fiancee when we are Married

It hurts
Sorry to hear you're in such a situation with your children. To try and get a measure of what you're dealing with, how old are they?

That's why it's hilarious when the God squad insist that it's against their false gods will to be gay.

It isn't a choice, you're born like it, so if their god exists then it's in the grand plan.
It's perfectly natural to be gay etc.

God created Adam and Eve not Adam and Steve

People do need to stop virtue signalling though . Though few people care about anyone’s sexuality the fact is in pretty much all sport worldwide it’s a male dominated testosterone fuelled chest thumping stuff. If people don’t get that a homosexual maybe a little reticent to come out
in such environments they likely need to get out more

You make it sound like all gays are stereotypical 10 stone weaklings and talk in an effeminate voice

Who is that Welsh international rugby player who came out?

Is he ok with the testosterone fuelled chest thumping stuff?

Utter nonsense

My Son is 35 on May 10 and My Daughter is 31

All of my life I have put my 'kids' first but this time and for the very first time I am putting myself first and marrying my beautiful fiancee

It's my happiness I think of now as I am in my later years

Both my Son and my Daughter love me dearly I know
And I love them dearly too

But them both saying some horrible things to me words to effect I am dirty old man as there is really big age difference

And my religious Son saying may God forgive me
For a start there is no god and even if there was all I have done wrong is fall in love with auch younger lady and she has fallen in love with me too

I am hurt yes but nothing will stope marrying this Amazing lady

Apologies for me waffling on :)

Although mkmel's problems are with different circumstances they do sum up issues that individuals who do things unconventionally can face.

And this treatment, whilst maybe not from everyone, is still from a lot. I know people who I generally get on well with but who have a thing about 'blacks' and 'homos'. We had the Andre quotes from when he was younger. There are plenty of people around like that.

There is hope though. I worked at a boys school and at least three teachers were gay. Two of them I had no idea until I was told - one became the headmaster. The other one was a former air steward and was your in your face mincing type, very funny and the kids loved him (you know what I mean).

Even on here I’m amazed anyone took “ Adam and Steve “ seriously let alone seethed and foamed ..

One would presume Gareth Thomas ( now a professional gayman) more then enjoyed the chest thumping and testosterone fuelled camaraderie that rugby life offered , he was a very good player and a brave decision to come out ( before the newspaper outed him anyway )

As someone who probably split up literally 100’s of gay fights over the years, not without getting a few cracks at the same time ,and even having to stop Boy George ( a real bruiser) trying to throttle a stage manager .I can very much vouch for the testosterone fuelled fisticuffs of gay men .I managed 2 large gay bars and a gay club in Manchester for about 6 yrs and pretty much saw it all from mopping up Jizz to losing colleagues to HIV.

Perhaps you misread my original point . It’s the male “ locker room” environment of high performance pro sportsmen matched with the ultra high media profile of many sports that just make it “ not worth the aggro” for the minority who are gay to come out .Lets also not forget gay attitudes in amongst many black players American sports pretty much the same .
