Whoever comes up with Norwich and Sheffield Utd those will be the three relegation places next season, can't remember the last time three weaker looking clubs came up.Venkys4eva wrote:Bristol City - one relegation place already confirmed for next season

I think Leeds will stay up, if they come up. They're a very attractive option for a takeover or large investment.Steve1956 wrote:Whoever comes up with Norwich and Sheffield Utd those will be the three relegation places next season, can't remember the last time three weaker looking clubs came up.

Anyone but Leeds. Don’t care about the other divisions.
A couple of weeks ago the Leeds fans at work were banging on about 15,000 going to Ipswich without tickets today for the promotion. party. Reckon most will have changed their travel plans now.

Re: Who do you want to win.the playoffs
As long as it's not Leeds don't mind regards the Championship - all of the Midlands clubs are good away days. Villa and West Brom in particular, in my experience, proper fans, proper clubs.
League One, Charlton are my favourite London club by a country mile, either them or Doncaster.
Mansfield.
Salford (Harrogate already eliminated I think)
As a former resident I'll go for Bradford PA in the North. In tribute to Dr Feelgood Concord Rangers in the South.

Anyone but Leeds then Charlton to beat Sunderland at Wembley.
Not too interested in other leagues, but I saw Fylde and Chorley mentioned so they would be nice.

In Championship, teams finishing 2nd-6th have 14 League Titles between them - all finishing below a team that have won the league cup twice, albeit that they have finished as high as third in PL era.

Really hoping Leeds do it. Went to ER a few weeks ago (4-0 v West Brom on a Friday night) and it was brilliant.
Electric atmosphere. Leeds v Villa final would be mega.

Derby, then straight back down with not too many more points than the magnificent 11 they wracked up last time.

38 posts before someone hopes it’s leeds.
Anyone but for me thanks.
Two reasons.
1. They are classless
2. They will stay up and be stronger due to some classless muppets taking over.

Re: Who do you want to win.the playoffs
I was hoping for Boro. Now I'd go either West Brom (preferred) or Villa.
I don't want Leeds for obvious reasons and I'd rather the pool of clubs with premier league resources stayed as small as possible so I don't want Derby adding to it.
Small irony this season is I look at the two promoted sides and I suspect I'm more immediately worried by whichever team comes up through the play offs in terms of them being a threat to Burnley
