Leeds United - two simple observations

Post by jdrobbo » Sun May 05, 2019 4:10 pm

1) History with Bielsa has suggested that his teams burn-out. Whether Leeds United get over the line or not, is yet to be seen, but this current side appear to have far less gas in the tank than they did at Christmas. Only occasionally are they putting in top performances.

2) Since ‘Spygate’ Leeds don’t appear to have been the same side. Maybe they were rattled by it, maybe there no longer getting the information they need.

I would love it if Lampard beat them; LOVE IT!

The shame is Leeds or Derby will get a Wembley opportunity. Cummon West/Villa

It is quite apt that Bielsa should meet Lampard in the Play-Offs. I hope the latter has sufficiently ascended his own learning curve.

With the likes of Ayling in defence and Bamford up front they can't be up to much

I think if anyone it is West Brom who are the poorest of the 4 teams
So from a Burnley point of view I would like West Brom to get promoted

However I think it will be Aston Villa who are flying atm and who have the momentum who will get promoted

Then all 3 Claret and Blues will be in the Premier League

Scunthorpe relegated I think to League 2

Their colours are sort of claret and blue
