New shirt quality

Anyone having issues with the new home shirt? Son has only had his for three weeks and it's plucking all over

Yes, seen the umbro logo peeling off etc on shirts. The club were swapping them a week or so back free of charge.
I'd take it down and show the staff.

( wish the main sponsor would peel off as easy )

That's the plan next Saturday. Just trying to see if it's a one off. The puma ones were much better quality surviving dozens of washes.

My grandson’s new shirt has the same problem, plucking after first time on.

I thought moving from Puma to Umbro was a positive. I've not bought one but I've seen them in the shop and they don't look a very good quality.

Bought a limited edition Inter one in Milan a few months ago. £80. Plucked to bits after one wash. More fool me.

Scandalous.

The worst plucking shirts we had were the Adidas ones from 1996 to 1999.

My Puma shirt was f****d after 3 washes... the Sponsors Logo all cracked and the PL badges faded etc etc.
I quite like the quality of the new one but time will tell

No issue yet with my Kids’ kits yet but they do feel ‘thinner’ than the Puma ones so I’m sure time will tell.

Off topic - we are wearing the blue kit on Sunday for some reason.

My mates daughters shirt started peeling after 1 wear.

Umbro really is a third rate brand; their deal with Asda is all the indication you need of that.

It is - I just find it disappointing that we don’t stick to home colours when a change isn’t required.

Sadly got to try and justify having 3 kits. Ridiculous I know!

Not necessarily Umbro's fault. The club are just as responsible for choosing the cheapest material possible.

It must be my age, but I think Claret and Blue clashes horribly with Black and Gold. I wouldn't
be able to pick them out. :o :P

My lad's home shirt is the same . Are the club now saying there is an issue with them plucking? They weren't up for exchanging it when my wife contacted them a couple of weeks ago.
