Well Murphy's comes under the 'Irish stouts that aren't as good as Beamish' thread.

And Kilkenny comes under 'The Irish equivalent of John Smiths smooth' thread.

Adnams Broadside - not a session beer, would be ideal to power Thunderbird 2. Tasty.
Churchend Brewery - What the Fox’s Hat. Delicious, best served in a dimpled tankard.
Everard’s Tiger - Best Bitter, packs a surprising punch. Not bad for Leicester.

Not having had any alcohol since mid December 18, I am currently being forced to drink various zero alcohol beers. Good for me would be Wainwrights/White Witch/Jennings bitter but I could go overboard for a glass, or two, of Robinson’s Dizzy Blonde.

Non alcohol is what I am on for non religious reasons, at the moment I am loving the bottled Erdinger zero alcohol, it's just like the real thing.

My reasons are also non religious and I also will give a shout for Erdinger Zero. There are some shocking zero alcohol beers out there, but don’t get me going on zero/low alcohol wines.

Beck’s Blue is decent to be fair, but still rather gassy as a lager.

Have you considered Brewdog’s Nanny State? It’s not no alcohol (0.05%), but at 0.5% it’s extremely low alcohol. You still get the taste of a nice ale.

Purity's Mad Goose is well worth a try, especially if you can find it on draught. One major supermarket sells it amongst their 4 bottles for £6 offers. Bank's Sunbeam is a really nice one for those with a taste for 'zesty' ales.

Tend to do most of my drinking around Manchester these days. Some fantastic bars in the city centre, with a great selection. Always worth taking a little trip out to he Cloudwater brewery taproom as well.

Sharps brewery in St Austell Cornwall though I read the bottled stuff is brewed in Burton.

Completely overated IMO and one to be avoided. I read someone further up the board described it as 'pigswill'.....Brewery is owned by Molson Coors (sadly)

Yep. Love the Track taproom. There's a few decent breweries with taprooms in that part of town, Alphabet being another one. Wander Beyond only open theirs up every once in a blue moon, but it's always worth it.
