Just done one for the kids who loved it. Few ciders then ours will be cooking too. I'm not vegetarian but have to say that the aldi vegan burgers are really good on the BBQ.

Same, just been to a braai ( south African bbq )
Great company, vast amounts of meat, great flavours, and it really is a great experience that all should enjoy.
The biggest slabs of meat I've ever seen cooked!

I don't care how good of a day you've had, I just can't let you get away with that.

We've just had one. I thought I'd push the boat out this time and I did. I treated everyone to leftover KFC reheated on the barbeque and swilled down with warm cans of Carling.Bosscat wrote:Just had a great bbq ... some rump steak and Lamb Shoulder fillet along with Salads and a Mrs BC special Kartoffel Salad ... washed down with several bottles of "Lancaster Bomber Ale" provided by our guests ... and 3 bottles of "Isla Negra" Red wine...
Nah, I tell lies. Skewers of lamb rump served with Greek salad and olive bread smeared with crushed garlic. Also enjoyed a bottle Rioja with it. Sainsbury's Rioja Reserva - it's a steal at only £9.00 a bottle.

Re: Barbeque
It's got potential. There's always a couple of deaths, so a rich twatt in a posh house chokes to death on venison and has antlers sticking out of his head, after which an annoyi g artisan character is found burned from the inside out by having hot charcoal stuck up his backside.Aclaret wrote:Rump Steak on the Barbie (que) More Red Wine and still kicking. The murderer is generally the most famous actor or actress in the cast.
