Is Hart responsible for Dyche's pathetic attitude towards the cups?

Concedes just under 2 goals a game on average for us.

Lovely smile though.

It's not his fault, it's the defences, it's the fans, its the midfielders not protecting.

It's not his fault, just like it wasn't last season. It's all coincidence.

He's still our best keeper - we're very fortunate that Villa decided to buy the inferior Heaton for £8m and leave us with Joe.

Get behind him.

Like I said the other week we need luck that neither McNeil or Pope doesnt get injured.

If Pope has a lengthy injury we're knackered.

Hart is not responsible; Sean Dyche is. We came out half asleep in the second half, and found ourself 3:1 down.

First goal was unlucky with the deflection
Second goal should have pushed away but who was marking the Sunderland player

It’s the third goal I’m most angry about. It was obvious was was going to happen with not one but two unmarked players on the edge of the area

Last season Hart was letting in 3/4/5/6 goals most games. It was ok though because he made a spectacular save every now and then

Hart should possibly have done better with the 2nd but other than that faultless for the poor 2nd half performance.

Long, Gibson and Bardsley were poor, has were our middle 2, Hendrick and Drinkwater

I genuinely think some of our fans are absolutely star struck on Joe's lustrous hair and chiseled jawline :D . He was sh!t again tonight and at fault for both second half goals. Hes a goal keeper there to keep the ball out of the net, it's his 1st remit. He failed miserably on that twice second half with two errors

First goal unlucky deflection and a clinical finisher in the box is left totally unmarked, second goal gets parried out into an area that’s meat and drink for Tark and Mee, the 3rd goes through a shedload of bodies and beats him. Can look at it either way but doubt that is gonna give Pope sleepless nights.

Can't blame him for the third. It was similar to the one Pope let in aganst Arsenal (2nd goal) - even from the edge of the area, if you give a player time to control the ball and pick his spot, the goalkeeper is going to struggle. Coming through a forest of legs makes it harder.

I'd blame him for the second, though. I don't think the original shot was tricky enough to excuse putting it back out into the middle of goal.

Can’t defend Hart tonight. Not for the second anyway. Wasn’t Dyche’s fault he parried a shot perfectly at their player.

No one completely blames Hart for last nights defeat, just like no one completely blames Hart for our terrible form when he played last season

But he has a big, crappy hand in our dismal displays

He is never going to win Burnley fans over, mainly because he isn’t good enough. I don’t care he’s won the premier league and played for his country (crap in France). So has Henry but I wouldn’t want him playing up front for us these days because his time has come and gone, like Hart

Its fairly evident his best days are behind him. After he left Man City he's looked shot to pieces. Whether it was being with us,West Ham or Torino,he's had 3,4,5 put passed him but somehow 'played well' in some of the games?! When alls said and done,if Heaton hadnt come back into the team,we would have been relegated make no mistake.Whatever the reason,he needs to move on to wherever his level is now but i think it wont be anywhere near the top

You can see the players have no confidence in giving him the ball under any pressure.
He is a total liability.
He looked so poor last night, I'd rather have the new kid playing.
