Sean talking about Chris Wood and his search for goals. He has scored 7 goals against Brighton in recent seasons for various clubs---here's hoping that he adds to that.

And Wood was talking about being caught offside and he said he wasn't bothered because it will happen because of the way the manager has told him to play.

Huh? So Dyche asked a player who clearly is an all out fox in the box Andy Payton like striker to sit on the shoulder of the last defender?
Well I can understand that with Gray but with Wood? Wood may be fast for championship standards but he is really not the kind of player you want to do that in the premier league, especially now with VAR.
Sean, surely you must know Wood isn't fast enough for these kind of instructions

Re: ARTICLE: There are no easy games in the Premier League
If he sits on the shoulder then it gives him a chance to get ahead of the defender, if he's a bit further back then he apparently won't have the pace to catch and get past the defender....
Or am I missing something?
