I remember that one Beamish. From the Spitting Image annual back in the day.
Interesting the spoof answer they used for his favourite book, way back then.

Andrew has no idea what the word "honour" means. Misuses the term twice.
The guy has brought dishonour on himself and the royal family.

As both William and Harry have kids I wonder how comfortable they'll be feeling with regards to Prince Andrew?

Theres an old saying "show me your company and I'll show you who you are " Even if he didn't use Epstein to provide young prostitutes for him why would you associate with such a vile person.

The “allegation” is that the girl was 16, however distasteful that might be, why would William and Harry be worried about their children?Spijed wrote:As both William and Harry have kids I wonder how comfortable they'll be feeling with regards to Prince Andrew?
Re: “I let the side down”
TV interview! The plot thickens.
17 yo taken to Tramps...and onward.
"I have no recollection of the girl".
The newspapers will break their necks to ge the first to prove the link and I suspect others may now come out of the woodwork. Oh dear!

I think he meant that they might have different morals to their uncle...not necessarily that they would be worried about their children...he will fit into the weird uncle category...no doubt about that..

I have no recollection of that lady said the prince in the interview he ommited "particular "before lady and" there were so many of them "at the end.

Re: “I let the side down”
The palace officials must have their heads in their hands everytime Andy opens his mouth.
Why did he go back to see (and stay with) Jeffrey Epstein two years after the businessman's conviction and imprisonment for child sex offences?
Whether the other claims are true or not this revelation alone is damaging,by this time Epstein was a convicted paedophile and yet Andrew srill associated with him and stayed in his property

Re: “I let the side down”
What a f’in idiot.
Who the hell is advising him ? He is so far removed from reality it’s unbelievable.
What an arrogant snob he must be to think he can do an interview like this and try and use what he thinks is carefully thought out legal type language and think that he is making his position look better.
The only good thing is that this interview has helped show him for exactly what he is....and he’s now made this a bigger story than it ever was....and my guess is that it’s just going to get a lot bigger and a lot worse for him.

I used to frequent Pizza Express in Woking around that time, stopped going though as I found an heir on my Hawaiian.

Re: “I let the side down”
The arrogance of this man is beyond belief. This was so obviously going to go badly there can only be the explanation that he wants this attention...and really doesn't give a toss....
Some of his bs responses are embarrassing tbh. How he remembers the exact day when he drove to Woking....I’ve only been to Woking 3 times like you would remember that from 18 years ago....also, he’s a royal and Beatrice would have likely been driven by his chauffeur and even if he did drive there would be plenty of time to get to the nightclub etc.
He doesn’t drink so couldn’t have bought a drink for someone else....really.
Doesn’t know where the bar is....he probably clicked his fingers in the next room and the drink appeared to the girl who knew it was from him...
I don’t sweat...absolute bs. What was the condition Andy lad? bsitis?

Re: “I let the side down”
The fat greasy ******* is as guilty as sin and everyone knows it. And if anyone didn’t know it, that interview has just confirmed it.
How Emily Maitlis let him get away without pulling him on what this medical condition was is beyond me. He was blatantly taking the royal **** out of her and she barely challenged him.
The pure arrogance and entitlement of a man who thinks he can give that sort of interview and it will all go away is terrifying.

Re: “I let the side down”
Presumably he would have records that been in Pizza Express, for example you would have thought there would be records of the bodyguard on duty. The excessive sweating (or lack of) is in his medical records. What you don’t have, as far as has been published, is any evidence to support the allegations, that have got nowhere in the US Courts and have made the woman a lot of money.
On the other hand he’s a posh speaking royal waste of money so he must have done it.

Really....not sure where you get that from...this has nothing to do with him being a royal..how on earth can driving to Woking stop you being in a London nightclub later that evening? This is about someone hanging about with a convicted child molester after the conviction.Burnley Ace wrote:Presumably he would have records that been in Pizza Express, for example you would have thought there would be records of the bodyguard on duty. If he had has little contact with Epstein as he makes out why on earth would he feel the need to end the friendship in person...also why would he be seen at the door of a house letting a young girl out in the early morning...
As for evidence you need to read up on the countless underage girls reciting the same story about Epstein to show what evidence you actually need to convict people with deep pockets....

All this in a country about to be run by a Prime Minister, supported by many posters on here, who had to resort to take out injunctions regarding details of exactly how many ******* children he's responsible for and has helped suppress a report examining Tory party links with extremely influential Russians.

It wasn’t that long ago his press office were saying he had never met her....until the picture of him with his hand wrapped around her backside came out !
It’s been proven that his “chum” was having parties in his house with underage sex slaves whilst Prince Andrew was there. So what do you think he was doing - playing backgammon and completely oblivious to what was happening ?

Re: “I let the side down”
Andy is and always has been a t00l...this interview puts the bells and whistles on it tbh.
Nothing against the royal family at all and quite a few of them have had their issues over the years which is not surprising given they live in the public eye. You can forgive the likes of Harry and his odd misdemeanour when he was very young given the absolute tragedy of his Mum. Just look at how he conducts himself now...he’s a credit to the country whereas Andy is an absolute disgrace...

Yes, the way he waves and opens shopping centres is a sight to behold, to think we could be building hospitals instead of paying these parasites to do nothing by virtue of being born into wealth and power.Hibsclaret wrote:Andy is and always has been a t00l...this interview puts the bells and whistles on it tbh.

Re: “I let the side down”
There will be records of where he is 24/7 he has round the clock security. This isn’t about Epstein this is about specific allegations, that don’t seem to have any supporting evidence, that have been thrown out of Court in The US, that isn’t illegal in the UK and is making her a sizeable sum.Hibsclaret wrote:Really....not sure where you get that from...this has nothing to do with him being a royal..how on earth can driving to Woking stop you being in a London nightclub later that evening? This is more about pre conceived perceptions of him, it’s quite hypocritical that those that are the first to criticise the Court of Public Opinion and want to see some evidence are unsurprisingly quiet when it’s someone like him being accused.

Re: “I let the side down”
As guilty as he most likely is, I can’t help but think that Prince Andrew is being thrown under a bus here as a kind of titbit to distract us from the hundreds of other names involved with the Pedophile Enabling Pimp and sexual predator Epstein.
Re: “I let the side down”
I think the only reason Andrew would associate with such a vile person was because he provided young girls (not prostitutes by the way). These girls were trafficked and raped. It's clear why Andrew associated with him.bfcjg wrote:Theres an old saying "show me your company and I'll show you who you are " Even if he didn't use Epstein to provide young prostitutes for him why would you associate with such a vile person.

Re: “I let the side down”
"I let the side down".
Absolute garbage. Nothing to do with "the side" and everything to do with his personal behaviour.
Referencing "the side" allows him to distance himself from what he himself did. He doesn't acknowledge that his behaviour was reprehensible in continuing to associate with his mate, the convicted paedophile. Unless I missed it did he express any sort of empathy towards the victims of his mate.
...and he went to see his mate in the US to break-off their friendship - phone not working, I guess; probably better to pop across the Atlantic and take a couple of days doing it. Probably funded it from his Navy pension.
