Great comments for Dwight. He was an example for most of the team yesterday.

He was with the exception of taking one for the team on Son. He should certainly make sure Son gets no further when he has already advanced so far up the pitch. If he can add that to his game he’s gonna be some player....Burnleyareback2 wrote: ↑Sun Dec 08, 2019 10:34 pmGreat comments for Dwight. He was an example for most of the team yesterday.

Possibly, but I can’t think of any other fouls that he has ever given.Hibsclaret wrote: ↑Sun Dec 08, 2019 11:02 pmHe was with the exception of taking one for the team on Son. With Amazon this week I’ve watched a hell of a lot of games, highlights the fact that City, Liverpool etc push forward in numbers but rely on the pull back of a striker in their own half to stop an attack.

Yeah, City and Fernandinho in particular are the masters of committing a sly foul to stop an attack starting. They're clever enough to quickly run away without complaining so they don't often get booked for it either.Burnleyareback2 wrote: ↑Sun Dec 08, 2019 11:10 pmPossibly, but I can’t think of any other fouls that he has ever given.

Tactical fouls, Leicester are also on it now. Refs are a bit more in tune with it and you see more bookings than last season.

Slight problem is they are becoming a little more frequent of late. 20 goals shipped in the last 8 games and it could have been worse had Watford been a bit sharper in the first half. 11 goals in the last 3 games. We are not talking about the famous 'fine margins' lately, we are talking about a virtually non-existent defence.
