Imagine if our midfield was half as good as McNeil
If our players all had the same technical ability of McNeil we'd be top 7 every season. But we don't seem to like buying technique and when we do (Vydra) we don't want to play him.

Villa score again, but offside.

That wasn't offside at all why would you think that?

All the Villa players sort of stopped including the scorer. Hard to know what was happening.

So looking like we'll be only 5 points clear of West Ham but they have 2 games in hand. Not looking good.

Grealish runs 25 yards from midfield. Our midfield politely ignore him and decline to track him.

Did Brady actually start? Has he touched the ball yet? Everything coming down that right hand side as though he's not there.

The Burnley players do realise this is an important game, and not a pre-season kickabout,we're miles off the pace and Villa are winning all the 2nd balls,oh and some chap called Grealish is running the show.

They deserve that goal, arguably they could be 2 or 3 ahead already, this is becoming worrying now.

If the board don't invest this month, they've just accepted Championship football next season. It's up to them.

Can't defend that, nearly 40 minutes played at home to a botton 3 team, and we've mustered zero efforts on target, that's not acceptable.
