White House Farm - ITV1
There seems to be a fashion for dramatising real life crimes and scandals at present, although it's not always a bad thing.
I remember this case well. Jeremy Bamber, who I believe is still protesting his innocence, will no doubt be portrayed as the devil incarnate. I've read that the actor playing him had the opportunity to meet Bamber in prison, but turned it down.
First episode last night I thought was a good, although also an upsetting watch.

Re: White House Farm - ITV1
I thought it was going to be a thread asking if anybody had watched it and whether they would recommend it.
Just add (Spoilers included) in the thread title.
Re: White House Farm - ITV1
The first one was on last night but it’s only at the stage of thinking it was the daughter / there may be more to it than meets the eye.
Won’t bother with the other two now

I thought this thread was going to be about Donald Trump's new hobby.

Re: White House Farm - ITV1
Back in my Army days I was driving home to Colchester from a fishing trip to Maldon.
As I got into Tolleshunt D'Arcy there were people, police and TV crews in numbers. I hadn't realised that the funerals were taking place for the victims. I can't remember if it was all of them and am not inclined to go searching. I do remember feeling a great sadness when I realised what was happening.

I can't see how fidelcastro has given anything away other than expressing an opinion.
Bizzare how some people react to certain posters.

It's a true story. Christ it's like going to watch Titanic and complaining it was ruined because someone told you the ship sank.

It's nothing to do with the fact that I can't stand the guy, it's just annoying that's all. Anyway, my own fault for clicking onto a thread that was started by this individual as he's not exactly the brightest so should have known. Lesson learned.

Re: White House Farm - ITV1
Should really have been a spoiler warning. Of course it’s a real event but it happened over 30 years ago so I’m sure plenty of people, myself included didn’t know the outcome. I clicked on the thread because there had only been one episode and that didn’t give anything away.
Anyway, it was decent. Nothing more, nothing less. Typical ITV fare.

It should have come with a warning about Stephen Graham's welsh accent
