When did Burnley fans become......
Too lazy, too "cool" or too fragmented to start singing some original/different songs/chants?
Was it when the history of decent music ended in the mid 90's?

If you've ever seen the state of some of our more challenged fans in the CFS, it's hardly surprising.Bin Ont Turf wrote: ↑Fri Jan 10, 2020 10:47 pmToo lazy, too "cool" or too fragmented to start singing some original/different songs/chants?

If you want a sing song, go to a cockny pub or a Welsh festival. If you want to watch football, go to a football match.

I think that your imagine is running away with you.
But let's say it isn't, how do you explain when the Colombian dust bowl and Ecstasy turned up in the late 80's and 90's did "we" still knock out a few different songs/chants?
It's the fragmented thing I mentioned isn't it (and shite music)?

Who knows? Perhaps there weren't as many users of the drugs you mention, that were Burnley fans. Perhaps they weren't using during games in any great number?Bin Ont Turf wrote: ↑Fri Jan 10, 2020 11:36 pmI think that your imagine is running away with you.

One can only speculate, but as Roy Walker would say... say what you see
