I believe that there have been a few kids on in the past who have turned out to
be famous. The only one I can remember is Jimmy Page.

I'm pretty sure there are others.

I used to love it at the end of the show when they murdered that week's number one in the charts. Status Quo's 'Down Down' was an absolute classic.

I met him as an adult. I reckon he was probably a pretty strange kid.

I remember it from the earlyish 60s with Leslie Crowther.
"Give him a cabbage" (catchphrase from the show) was a saying we often used as kids for when people dropped a clanger/said something stupid.
