Liverpool v Man U

Post by ElectroClaret » Sun Jan 19, 2020 4:47 pm

1-0 scousers Virgil.

Bit of an anticlimax after our win though....

2-0 bit dodgy.

I suspect if Leicester had scored that, with a similar challenge on Pope, and it had stood,
this board would have gone nuclear.

The only physical contact you can have with a keeper is a shoulder charge or it used to be, so as soon as a keeper raises his arms any contact becomes a foul. I stand to be corrected if the laws concerning that have changed over the years.

Commentators stating it could be 3 months out because of a double fracture in his back.

Scousers could live to regret not scoring the second, should be 4 or 5 by now

Alison big boot upfield + Salah racing through to score = great play

Pope big boot upfield + Jay racing through to score = long direct ball
