Well if it’s any consolation, I’ve just been online to buy my godsons in the JMU expecting to pay £90 and it’s come up as £50 :)

Think 329 is for renewals. But I may be wrong. Probably am.

Just out of interest, say someone who had an arthritic knee, was having difficulty watching from the Bob Lord because of pain in knee when leg folded, but didn't want to move to the lovely new disabled stands, would he (or she) be able to buy a childs season ticket for the next seat, to facilitate stretching out a bit? Would he (or she) actually need any proof of having a child to buy said ticket?

If they are in same "category" or below as you then shouldn't be an issue ie if you have an adult ticket then anybody should be able to use it, but if you have a child or senior, an adult couldnt use it

Was wondering more if I got one for me and the wife if she didn’t go could a mate come instead.

IE would it be an issue with a male entering on a female ticket

No - it only flashes up the category when scanned.

Although you could ask him to where a dress & wig to make sure

My sister occasionally uses my ticket (as she takes my brother who doesnt drive) if I am away on holiday, and has never had any problem.

All that comes up on the screen in the ticket booth is "Adult" and "Enter" in green..... then the turnstile releases...

The only problem you would have, is someone using a concession season card ie A young bloke/lass using a senior card or a middle aged bloke/woman using a youngsters season card.

Problem sorted I'd clicked on premiership instead of all. It seems if you only want one if were in the premier then you pay full price

Thanks, but do they check that you are giving genuine details, or could someone just make up a 4 year old at their own address?

Does anybody know what date are season ticket seats reserved until? Looking at getting one for my son in the JMU but there's no availability near me at the moment.

I know youngsters under 18 who only gave a date of birth over the phone to obtain a clarets number, and have since bought season tickets, however they do exist and the details correct, but didn't have to provide any physical proof of age

We've been in the JMU for the last 12 years or so but the kids are at an age now where it's cheaper for us to move across to the Cricketfield. What's the process - we want to do a stand-swap not a seat swap?

We didn’t have to prove for my 4yo nephew for this season, although he was with us when we went to the ticket office to do it.

I also didn’t need to prove it when I registered my godson, who was 11 at the time, for a clarets number during the season

Have you tried to order alongside your own or is yours already on a direct debit? I can only assume it is charging you for an unaccompanied child ticket.

No. Trying to do it separately as a new order. I want to get one adult and two kids together in JMU. Is it only free for renewals?

You haven't done what I did have you and chosen premiership instead of all. Mine was showing 390 instead of 329 until I changed it. Mine was also a new order

It won’t have linked them with yours so will charge for them. Probably best contacting the ticket office and they should be able to sort it.

2 season tickets bought this morning

Can’t wait for this now normally make 5-10 games a season but going to have more incentive not to miss games when I’ve already paid even though it’s a long day on the train

If you pay for your ST by Direct Debit installments I take it that it will still renew automatically (unless you cancel) as in previous seasons?

It's important to note that the club's website states that existing season ticket holders must retain
their existing card over the summer and it will be re-activated ready for season 20/21.

Don't destroy them boys and girls.

You have been warned. :D :D

Here is a link to the website and you will see that it doesn't mention re-activation of the card if you
pay up front and NOT by DD. Clarification may be needed for those affected.

https://www.burnleyfootballclub.com/tic ... n-tickets/

Once opened, click on how to purchase.

It all seems a liitle over complicated to me, but hey ho. :o

Correct - although you still have to renew the free U12 ticket. I know thats not on the DD, but more than likely the adult ticket you have with it, is

I pay for my current Season Ticket by Direct Debit
If you are one of the thousands of supporters who currently pay for your 2019/2020 season ticket via Direct debit we have great news! You don't need to do a thing, sit back keep your current seaoncard safe over the summer and we'll reactivate it for the first league game of the 2020/2021 season.

We look forward to welcoming you to Turf Moor again next season!

All Direct Debit payers will soon receive a letter informing of the renewal and confirming the frozen price. If you don't want to continue on the autorenewal, instructions of how to 'Opt Out' of a 2020/2021 season ticket will also be included in this letter.

Please note: If you have a free U12 or PA season ticket these cannot be auto renewed. In these cases you will need to contact the ticket office and request for the ticket to be renewed.

having not had a season ticket since 2010-2011 season, I decided to get one again this year (4 of us in total). Just been online to do it and the online ticketing is down so going to have to wait a little longer.
