Kiko banned for 8 matches
Apologies if this has been covered before...
Just reading about Kiko Casilla who yesterday received an 8 match ban and £60,000 fine for calling Charltons Leko a n***** in November.....

Let's hope it affects Leeds run in. I don't think anyone on here wants that shower in the PL.

He's been playing pretty crap of late, so knowing Leeds, it'll help them.

Re: Kiko banned for 8 matches
The FA have stated that the ban has been reduced from 16 games to 8 as it was considered unfair that other Championship clubs were punished for Casilla’s remarks.

Re: Kiko banned for 8 matches
Leeds have 'waiting around' with their results lately, but none of the others seem bothered.
Re: Kiko banned for 8 matches
I'd be amazed if they don't come up this time. To be fair they are always looking to get on the front foot and are playing some good football.

Re: Kiko banned for 8 matches
That may well be the case but it will still be disappointing.
Still, for fans who travel to away games, an away trip to Leeds will be a lot easier than Brighton, Southampton and Bournemouth.

Offence dates back to September - why did this take 5 months to sort out and what about the points they've gained with him in goal in the meantime.

Re: Kiko banned for 8 matches
It's more likely the points they have lost with him in goal.. He's made some real blunders.. Their fans will be glad he's been banned.EarbyClaret wrote: ↑Sat Feb 29, 2020 7:21 pmOffence dates back to September - why did this take 5 months to sort out and what about the points they've gained with him in goal in the meantime.

We're talking about the EFL here, who are hardly known for their competence are they.EarbyClaret wrote: ↑Sat Feb 29, 2020 7:21 pmOffence dates back to September - why did this take 5 months to sort out and what about the points they've gained with him in goal in the meantime.
But even by their standards 5 months does seem a crazy length of time to deal with this issue.
